# ICAO eLibrary Reader → PDF

Short description: This project helps users convert ICAO eLibrary documents into usable files for reading, archiving, OCR, and technical review. Built as a Tampermonkey userscript, it works directly inside the browser and is especially useful for ICAO Doc 9303, MRZ standards, and travel-document reference material.

How to use:

1.  Install Tampermonkey in your browser.
    
2.  Open the project repository and add the userscript.
    
3.  Visit an ICAO eLibrary document page.
    
4.  Click the floating “Extract” button.
    
5.  Choose your preset, output format, DPI, and page range.
    
6.  Run the export and download the final PDF or PNG files.
